We are looking for a curious, personable, and energetic sales engineer to join us as we expand our existing offerings and take to market some entirely new services.

CAREER SUMMARY:  The primary focus of this position will be to provide sales technical support and bring that valuable customer experience back into the organization to aid marketing and product management with ensuring that positioning and products align with market needs. The person in this position will perform the job responsibilities in the US and worldwide. 


Sales Support:

  • Perform product demonstrations both remote and/or in person
  • Answer customer inquiries during pre-sales, proposal and requirements phase
  • Provide written document support for sales team
  • Perform discovery, analysis and determine requirements during sales process
  • Perform evaluation and proof-of-concept engagements documenting requirements, success criteria and overall business resolution
  • Manage POC projects from requirements gathering to delivery of results

Marketing and Product Support

  • Provide input to marketing to assist with sales tools needs
  • Work with marketing manager to provide feedback on marketing collateral
  • Attend trade shows and conferences
  • Provide feedback on product feature needs and capabilities to ensure alignment with key customers


  • BS, preferably in CS or IT (or directly related equivalent work experience which includes VB.NET and/or C# scripting)
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience with business software preferably related to enterprise content management, workflow/process management, or document imaging
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence
  • Excellent communication skills and highly organized
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
  • Comfortable working in a small company fast-paced environment
  • Depending upon location, up to 50%+ travel is a requirement with some international travel
  • Active US Security Clearance or eligible to obtain clearance
